Glycosphingolipid MS Analysis

Search a computationally generated set of glycosphingolipid precursor ion masses with a list of m/z values

(a) Glycan headgroups for neutral and acidic glycosphingolipids described in Sphingomap and LMSD were converted to a compositional format where isobaric sugars (e.g. Glc, Gal, Man) are defined as a single entity (e.g. Hex) and glycan sequence is ignored. This process results in a set of 130 compositional glycan headgroups (see below).
(b) A set of 8 different long chain bases are used in the calculations. If necessary, one particular long-chain base may be specified using the pull-down menu.
(c) A user-defined list of N-acyl ceramide chains is entered in the form below.
