What's in the .zip files
For each time point, a term table lists annotation terms that were found to be enriched among differentially expressed features. Click a GO ID to view the term in the context of the GO tree hierarchy. Click the group name to view the Entrez Gene ID, feature (probe name), locus (gene symbol), and description for each gene corresponding to that GO term.
